HPC has represented a major provider in the sale of a purpose built care home inside the M25
Ian Wilkie, HPC“This sale illustrates that, whilst there remain challenges facing the sector, demand for quality care homes is strong. This is something HPC is experiencing in many ongoing transactions and advisory work on new developments across the country”
HPC continues to enhance its reputation as one of the UK's leading specialist care property advisers, having acted on behalf of a major provider in the sale of this high-quality, operational care home. The property, which is purpose built, is located in north London and provides residents’ accommodation in 50 entirely single, en-suite bedrooms.
HPC Director Ian Wilkie, who advised the seller, comments, “We are delighted to have once again acted successfully on behalf of this long-standing and valued client. We were pleased to bring the benefit of our experience to this transaction, which involved a number of complexities that needed to be resolved before a sale could complete. In introducing an established purchaser, HPC has been instrumental in securing the transition of this home to the next phase of operation within a growing and ambitious organisation.” Ian added “this sale illustrates that, whilst there remain challenges facing the sector, demand for quality care homes is strong. This is something HPC is experiencing in our work on many ongoing transactions and advisory work on new developments across the country”.
The care home was acquired by an experienced operator with a growing number of services in London and further afield.
